This is Adult Summer Camp energy with a luxury desert twist.

We’ll gather at a secluded, high-end private home in 29 Palms, perched with 180-degree views of Joshua Tree National Park.

The property is expansive, quiet, and intentionally designed for retreat and connection, featuring:

• A pool for afternoon floating and sun-soaked downtime

• A fire pit for nightly gatherings and story-sharing

• A walking labyrinth for reflection and intention

• Massive custom dining tables for meals, creative projects, and long conversations

• Wide open desert land that invites you to wander, breathe, and reset

Meet Your Retreat Host - Kristin White

Hi, I’m Kristin - founder of White Light Sounds and The Sound Bath Academy. I’m a Chopra certified meditation instructor, sound bath facilitator, and lover of slow mornings, soul conversations, and sacred sound.

Years ago, I was organizing high-level political events - including at the White House - and living in constant “go” mode. I knew how to perform, achieve, and stay busy. But I didn’t really know how to pause.

That all changed when I discovered the healing power of sound and stillness.

Today, I bring peace and joy to people using the very tools that transformed my own life - crystal singing bowls, breathwork, ritual, meditation, and deep listening.

Through guiding sound baths and meditation experiences designed to reconnect to inner stillness, clarity, and purpose, my approach blends ancient healing traditions with a modern sensibility - accessible, grounded, and deeply nourishing.

I also created The Sound Bath Academy to support new facilitators in finding their voice, confidence, and rhythm in this work. Whether you’re new to meditation or deepening an existing practice, I’m here to help you tune in and come home to yourself.

I created this retreat because I know what it’s like to need rest and relaxation and not know where to find it.
